Andy Gilbert = Awesome Customer Service

Just letting AZers know what a great guy Andy Gilbert is, especially his customer service.

I bought one of his old 'G' cues through a 3rd party, which was the fanciest cue he made in his first 16 mos of cue making. When I bought it I had sent it to him to refinish and it turned out great. A year or two later the rings were popping so he refinished it at no charge because he stands behind his work (no muss, no fuss). The cue turned out great, again & I couldn't be happier.

I just wanted to say thanks and to let people know what a stand up guy Andy is.

Andy is a great guy, one of my favorite people in pool. Besides being a top notch cuemaker, he is one of the nicest, most honorable people I know. I recommend his cues to anyone and every time someone asks me about my cue, I proudly say "Andy Gilbert made it".

This thread is just another example of what most people already know, you can't go wrong dealing with Andy Gilbert.

Nice looking cue! I bet it plays as good as it looks. I am very honored to be a cue representative for Andy Gilbert Custom Cues. He not only makes a top notch cue that plays awesome, but is a wonderful person.
