Their shop's # is 417-743-2759.

FYI...talked with him yesterday and they've had a bunch of bad weather the last several days and the power was out (ice storm), so don't be surprised if he's a little slow in getting back.

I ordered a cue from Andy about a year ago through Jeff , and I would definately try going straight through Andy if it's possible. The guy (jeff) takes about a month on average to respond to my emails, if he responds at all. Also, it's not like I email every 2 or 3 days. I've probably only emailed him 5 times since I placed my last order.

Yeah, I talked to him yesterday as well and he was cleaning limbs off the roof of his house. I hope the ice storm being predicted doesn't hit TN this weekend. We will be in a similar situation.

He told me he wouldn't be starting any new cue orders for at least a couple of months as he is working on finishing some higher end stuff for Valley Forge. I am hoping he can fit my project in fairly soon. He probably won't even get around to beginning mine until sometime in April.

Thanks for providing the contact info. I think I will call Monday given the weather and such.

Mine is suppose to be finished by the end of this month, but I can be patient. Just want to get an update.
