I have seen some cues similar to this one and they were done by a guy out of Muncie, IN. where I live and his name is Mike Dorton. Don't know if it's his work or not but it sure looks like it. Wish I could be of more help to you. Good luck with your quest for info.

I don't have any idea who made it. But I had one exactly like it, only mine had red rings and a black wrap. mine seemed like the craftsmanship was a bit crude.

i agree the craftsmanship is less than desirable but still with the seperate wraps is interesting
