Another Ebony on Ebony

Here's another Ebony on Ebony that is close to done. I built a photo box similar to Tikklers and tried it out here. I still need to iron the grey sheet, but I don't know how to work an Iron.

I've got a bunch close to done, but just wanted to try out the photobox and I had to send this customer photos so it's the only one I photographed.

The top ring had an issue, so I have since replaced the joint collar and the top ring.

Love the colors close to what I was thinking for my next one have to rethink this one.

Put the grey cloth on a wooden board then stretch and staple them on the sides. Voila, you don't need to iron the cloth.

Nice cue btw.

Things get ea sier the third time. I spent a long time on the first one, but the tips didn't look good. The second one came out perfect, but I did it off the cue and the butt sleeve cracked. This one went fairly quick.

This is my cue! Very glad you like it. Tony and I worked on the design togehter. Tried to post the process a couple of time this morning but not successful. Just let me say that Tony is a great guy to work with. Keeps me up to date, and was a pleasure to get to know. I take some pride in the design, but in reality it is all Tony here--he finalized the details and did all the work!

Can't wait to see it sprayed and in hand!

Here's some updated photos. I still need to give it a final cleaning and clean up the glue at the end of the wrap, but I just wrapped it 10 minutes ago and I don't like to touch it for a few days.

Shipping early next week.

Wow this cue looks great. I am not usually a fan of ebony forearms but I must say this may be my new most favorite cue that you have made. Keep up the great work and as always thanks for posting the pictures.
