Just saw this on the banner at the top of the page. Looks like an event that will rival the size of the DCC. It will be interesting to see how successful this will be, and if it has any effect on the DCC in Jan.

I agree with you, Sliprock. Griffin and Sullivan are the real deal, and the "Olympics" promises to be an extravaganza. However, I'm leery of the dates. I think it's scheduled too close to the DCC to attract players from out of the central mid-west area. Few are going to attend the Olympics, then turn right around 2 months later and return to Louisville for the DCC. Or --putting it another way-- DCC attendees from out of the area are not likely to participate in a similar event 2 months prior.sliprock said:I think this tourney has been around for several years now.
