My omen cue was finished today and I rushed over to pick it up this evening. As I previously mentioned in other custom cue posts I was able to pick the blocks of wood before they were turned down to the beautiful piece of artwork. The forearm is burl with white holly points, green veneer and my birthstone which is the peridot. The butt has white holly windows with peridots surrounded with green veneer inlaid in burl. Not only is my cue pretty it hits real sweet, I've hit balls for about an hour tonite and I can't remember what cue I was using this afternoon...

HE sent me pics of the full cue...you got a hunnypie of a pole there Maven!!

sorry guys! As I previously mentioned I am a poolplayer (wannabe lol!) not a computer whiz! I tried to upload the photos that Pete sent me but they were too big. It was midnight and I said I'm too tired to figure it out. If anybody can counsel me on the ins and outs of shrinking them, I'd love to show it off.

The forearm is beautiful I wish I could show you.
I have been playing all day at work today and am on a break for lunch. My customers have comandeered my table and I have a date at 3:00....hope I can play some more with my new cue. It hits GREAT!!!

Alright we did it, the pictures are smaller so I was able to upload them.
I have so much to do today and all I want to do is play pool!

N-I-C-E! If I didn't like my current avatar so much, I'd change it to my cue too, Briandlau!
Now I'm thinking about an Omen jumpbreak.
Any recommendations on a case now. Would like something in the green 2x4 variety...

Since I got my Grey Ghost last year in April from Ellen Van Buren, I haven't been able to properly thank Pete for this J/B cue that is amazing.

I can't wait to see him at the Expo.

Hey Barbara,
I think you might have posted about your Omen Jump/break, Pete was really pleased to hear how happy you were. I always send him a link or talk to him when an Omen post goes up.
I don't think he is going to VF this year but, you can always email him at his website http://www.omencues.com/
