*** Another Simple Solution to a Difficult Shot ***

Hey all; Here's another little tidbit from my exhibition program.



The secret is in knowing how to aim at this shot correctly. I kmow it won't look correct to most players at first, but, try it and you'll see how it works very well. Apply extreme 7 or 5 O'clock English. The proper stroke may be difficult at first, but after a little practice the player will have it!

YW Chris, I hope members will genuinely go to the table and try these examples I've posted, 3 cushion billiards is not played in a vacuum, and there are many solutions to solving difficult positions. One of the most important factors to take into consideration is the level of ability of the player; novice and mid-novice players should concentrate primarily on finding the simplest way to just score the point. After the player has trained themselves with proper fundamentals, meaning a consistent repeating stroke with good tempo and timing and speed.

Once the player achieves this, and then they can proceed to try and play position on BIG BALL positions and SHORT ANGLES with ALL 3 balls laying in either one of the end slates.

Most of the positions I've offered here lately have been from my exhibition program with unique positions, if you feel the need to attempt these shots in a game, they need extensive practice, as in any shot!
