Where would you say your stroke should be coming from? Another words, where should you "feel it"? Should you feel 'the tip contacting the cueball','the shaft moving forward thru your fingers', the movement of your grip hand,your tricep,bicep,feel the cuestick pushing the cueball???? There is a bunch of factors involved with a pool shoot.Some days one works for me, another it doesn't. lately I think feeling the butt of my stick moving forward seems to feel pretty "CORRECT".I have a contolled grip on the butt and just feel it moving forward the 12 inches or so it moves on a stroke.

In basketball, I would say you feel the shot in your wrist, then your tricep,then your legs/and your are follow thru.
You throw a football with your shoulder,then tricep,twist of the torso,and then your legs.
I think darts are in your fingertips,then wrist,and finally tricep.....
