All in the same day. I'm tired of ebay. I would like to see a real cue auction site with an escrow service to keep both buyers and sellers from getting screwed.

Not sure exactly how to report these scams just yet.
 
I just offered him $5,300 to stop the auction...let's see what kind of answer I will get back...hhahaaa.....
 
I will send info. to ebay. I know how to send fraud complaints to the ebay police.
Thanks to everyone who is watching out for this stuff, these scams are getting out of hand.

What is the process/steps for reporting scams?
The last time I attempted to report a scam I ran around too many pages reading too much information that I finally had to stop and get back to work.

Hey guys the ebay police, knock all 3 items off, reason they are scam sellers. Another one bits the dust! Any one wants the instructions to ebay police, IM me, and I will give you the instructions to alert ebay about a possible fraud!

I WOULDN'T KNOW HOW TO SET UP THE SITE, AND I DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO SET UP THE SITE. I HAVE OFFERED TO MANY PEOPLE TO DO ESCROW FOR THEM, AND HAVE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. LET ME TALK WITH MY COMPUTER GUY ABOUT THE AUCTION SITE, AND WE'LL SEE WHAT HE SAYS. IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A SITE THAT IS COMPLETELY SAFE TO MAKE LARGE PURCHASES THROUGH.

Its a great idea and I hope it comes to fruition. As great a site as cueauctions.com is in concept, it seems to fall short in some areas. If you could bring a proejct like this to life, it would be incredible.

Why not use cueauctions.com. The rare and I mean rare occasions I auction anything, I usually try there first. It's run by Scott at proficient and its legit.

HELLO: EBAY FRAUD REPORT~BELOW ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS TO FILE A FRAUD, SCAM, OR A PROBLEM WITH A SELLER ON EBAY.

I hope this will help you to report a problem with ebay sellers or scammers! (FRAUD)
BEFORE YOU START YOU WILL NEED THE EBAY ITEM NUMBER!!!
#1 go to ebay home page or my ebay page, scroll down to bottom of page. click on "security+resolution"
#2 click on "report another problem"
#3 click on "bidding and buying"
#4 next page click on "problem with seller"
#5 lower window click on the "problem you're having with bidding or buying is'nt listed" then click continue
#6 click on "customer service"
#7 click on "email us"
#8 click on ebay item number box-TYPE IN EBAY ITEM NUMBER
#9 click on explaintion box-TYPE YOUR COMPLAINT OR REPORTING A FRAUD OR SCAM.
That is it! Sounds like alot, but you do it a few times and you can fly through it. ebay usually takes action within hours of a fraud report. If you have question send IM.
