Over the past month I've been dealing with Webb's Billiard Supply for a cue rack, cues and a few assorted misc. items for my new room. I just wanted to say thanks to Matthew for his eye on quality ( the first rack he built ended up with a less than satisfactory finish). Instead of sending it to me anyway he offered to build a second one. In the meantime he sent me a package with chalk, bridge etc. Communications were outstanding as he kept me informed of his progress and even ate the shipping charges in recognition that it took a lot longer than promised to deliver the final product. Thanks Matthew. I can fully endorse Webb's as a quality and customer focused provider of billiard products. I'm glad I did business with a forum member.
