Yellowing is just the natural process of phenolic-resin balls aging. doesn't effect play at all. i think it looks pretty cool myself.I've got a set of Centennials circa 1970's that I was considering going the hydrogen peroxide route but decided to leave the patina.

For sue on both counts. Oddly enough, these have zero nicks or scratches and they rack tight. I don‘t think they’ve seen much play over the years.I wouldn't mess with those for anything they look awesome. If you just have to have stark white ones just buy another set.
