AZ member Hunger Strike asked me to see if I could do anything with the pictured antique maccassar "blank". The butt cap and wedge inlays were completely missing. What was there was in pretty good shape though. Nice looking maccassar and some really nice straight grained maple. John asked for the placement of the wrap, thin trim, and for an ivory joint and butt cap based on how some of these old cues looked. Tricky, but fun project.
