Antique Slate Broken at Rail Bolt Threads

Hey guys, I picked up an antique Sure Strike brand pool table yesterday and it's in great shape except for one slate has two rail bolt threads that have cracked the slate horizontally. Any ideas on what I can do? Does anyone make replacement slate with the side rail bolt threads? This table is sweet though, it has a wooden ball return system, the original pockets are in perfect shape, all exterior wood is perfect, no imperfections in the finish that I could see. It even came with some old clay balls and original Sure Strike triangle. My only problem is what do I do with the slate? This is my first time doing anything other then refelting an antique table so I need a little help from you knowledgable folks here.

Ok here are pics of the two problem areas. Please excuse the foot.

I couldnt find much on the manufacturer Sure Strike either, if anyone has info on them that would be great. Anybody know what this thing might be worth?

Like I said I got it with original balls and triangle rack. The cabinet/ rails are in magnificent shape for a table this old. And this sucker is HEEAAVVYY!

There are a few ways that it can be fixed, what part of AZ are you in. I am in Mesa, if its close bring it by and I can take a look at it.
