Any cue rack experts out there?

I don't think it is much. The house cues don't look like much. Anyone have any idea of age/brand/value?

Most likely a BBC rack from about 1890s-1908ish.

The entire crown (header) of the rack is missing. Value as it sits probably 200.00-250.
 
there is a guy who is, Mark Stellinga i think is his name(i could be wrong), some of those old racks are huge $$$, I have 2 that are. he has some stuff on Ebay, he had millions in 1800's pool equipment and early 1900's, i mean millions not 2 or 3 million, more like over 10 million, he is the smaqrtest guy on that topic I ever ran across in all these years, i believe he is in iowa
 
It was at an estate sale, $50. I passed on it. It was in real rough shape. The price might be right, but I was looking for something to hang in the pool room as is rather than an investment.
