Those are the ones the Revo ships with from the factory and it does help in sighting. I like them and use the standard Soft on my Revo. However note that after a while the edges burnish against the cloth naturally and turn more brown. If you roughen the edges of the tip carefully (Put some masking tape on the shaft to avoid damaging it!) with sandpaper you can restore the color but it will dull again over time.
Personally I think Predator should put a bright white pad on the end instead of the red one they use at present, that would help a lot. (It looks like the BK Rush break version of the Revo has at least an off-white pad instead of the red one)
I know a lot of players like the Kamui Clear tips, which add a clear pad that can help. Although I like Kamui tips in general personally I'm not a fan of the Clear for two reasons - The Revo shaft already has 2 layers of stuff under the tip and adding a third seems needlessly complex, and secondly sometimes strong like glints off the clear pad in a distracting way.
