Hi. I'm getting ready to pull the trigger on a set of new Centennials. Besides the look of the box (current: black with gold "banner", old: black with red border), is there any difference in the balls themselves? Brunswick doesn't mention any change in the recipe, so I would expect the answer is they're the same. But... I have run across this quote at a billiard supply store... " Currently, the Duramith coating is available only in the Tournament and Centennial sets. ", which implies, obviously, that the new Centennials are Duramith. I'm thinking it's unlikely as I would assume Brunswick would prominently mention Duramith, but perhaps it's a licensing issue?
Sorry if this has been more or less answered before. "Brunswick Centennials" comes up with a TON of hits...
Thanks!
