Any expert on Shon cues?

You're most likely talking about Chris Tate (username: TATE).
You might also call Schon Cues (Evan Clarke).

I've read on here several times where advice is given to call Evan. Is this really acceptable? I'm just going on the thought process of the guy is trying to make a living and does he really not mind "out of the blue" phone calls from people looking for info on old cues?
Good point. Try emailing him at info@schoncues.com. I've emailed Evan a couple of times in the past to get some information about certain Schon cues. It might take him awhile to get back to you but he will.
I can see your point, BUT.....it all part of being in biz! I own a plumbing business, and my customers, their family, neighbors, uncle, step sister.....call me ALL THE TIME asking for free advise. It usually sounds like this....Hi Gerry, I have a buddy who is trying to fix__________<<<fill in plumbing fixture.....and he is having trouble, can you tell me how to fix it?
the calls usually come from the basement where they are trrying to shut the water off, or from Lowes, home depot, hardware store asking what they should buy.
I COULD tell them to F-off....but, I just try to help them out, and hope they call when they screw it up.
BTW....Evan has helped me out with info MANY times....but I did sell his cues for 10 years, so I guess were even

If the cue is Truly Unique contact Schon directly, it may take Evan a little time to get back to you but the information will be invaluable. Schon has made many many 1 of 1 variations of certain models over the years and completely Unique cues that will not be in any catalogs.
