Any "gotchas" selling pool equipment to China?

Was contacted to buy something I had listed from a person in China. I said I would ship to China but he would need to pay for shipping. I have a local company I work with to ship cues, that can I assume handle all the shipping and customs issues, but just wondering if there any additional risks, Pay Pal complications, custom issues, etc...that can pop up and bite me in the butt? Would appreciate any feedback.

Im sure the Govt in China that is cool with stealing ,manufacturing, and exporting patended copycat products of everything around the globe.will be helpful if any problems arise.

I have shipped several things from $10 tips to $3000 cues to the Philippines, Taiwan, Japan, Croatia & China without issue. There is always risk involved no matter where you ship. You can have just as much headache with dealing with someone in the U.S. if it makes you feel uncomfortable, then don't do it.
