Any Help To Identify a Cue?

Here's what I got!

It has a pretty unique weight bolt that is tapped for an allen head.

Hey!

I've been scratching my head over this one. I just don't know...

It's a nice looking cue. Surely somebody can recognize that weight bolt? I have never seen one like that.

i'm not even sure i the "weight bolt" is removable. it might just be an anchor for the bumper. i haven't tried to take it out as i didn't want to break the cue. I appreciate all the help and hopefully someone will be able to shed some light on the cues' origins. =)
