I just got this cue on the forum and would appreciate any help on who might have made it.

The owner thinks it is American made, Early 90's.

What is the forearm wood?

Thanks in advance

i used to have a cue that was made by troy downey which had the hex bolt through the bumper into a slotted weight bolt deal. i don't think the designs fit his style though.............. he was doing quite a few wraples cues with segmented handles when he was still working for mueller, i could be wrong though....

Maybe get a new wrap and see if it was signed under the original wrap. Espiritu uses 5/16x14 a lot but I'm sure he would have signed it in between the points.

The cue certainly looks like an American Made custom, but who made is the question. It may be very difficult to identify the maker, the weight bolt is a standard style used by Cue makers for many year's, along with the Allen Head screw that held the Bumper on.

I suspect that unless you get luck you may never know who made this cue, so lets hope you get lucky and some one can positively identify it.

Take care
