Very true...before the new Simonis, etc fast cloths, it took a pretty good stroke to move the rock around the table. The heavier cues did a little of the work for you.

I don't know how many of you "older" players like me remember the barboxes with the old rubber-backed worsted cloth and the real heavy "mud-ball" cue balls...they were a b*tch to move, and you needed all the help you could get.

lets just say the refinsh cost over 500 to have it rewrapped and and the shafts redone the cue had cuts into the finish of the cue so i had to have the whole cue redone so the cue is mint now so thats why the im asking what im asking if you never saw the cue before i bought it then you have no idea why a cue was sold for what it was
 
had a couple offers keep them coming could use the cash make me a fair offer and i might just jump on it
