Steve, we qualified 2 players from a great field yesterday. Bob Madenjian and Blair Levandowski. It was a great tournament and it was great to have Steve Lipsky and Danny Barouty there. They are both great people and true ambassadors to 14.1. Danny ran 100 and out on his first shot of the day! An absolute clinic! never a hard shot! Drawing a round of applause from everyone there. Steve played great as well with many solid runs of 50's and 60's. Steve 3rd and Danny 4th, top 2 qualified to the National Championships. Bob Madenjian Played great to win it, he ran at least 50-60 in every one of his matches, and Blair played super solid to edge out Steve for that 2nd qualifier spot.

Kevin Vidal<<<<whooped today! LOL

Sounds like it was a great event, with some serious play. Nice to see Bob did so well. Thanks for the update!

Well i guess if i plan on playing in in the NJ qualifier, i will now have to face Mr Lipsky and Mr Barouty !!!!!

and no telling who else.
WARNING:
Do not leave home without your A game. I lost to both Bob M. in the first round and to Danny B. in the 3rd.
I think Bob had a 60 or 70 run and Mr.B. an 85 or 90. I had chances in both games early.

the tournament was first class and so were the players. If anyone is undecided whether or not to attend a qualifier let me say it is well worth the 60$ for a chance to play one of these great players.

thx Kevin and to WCBilliards

Well that and my VISA card i dont leave home without !

I Am not fearfull to play anyone, its only gonna help my game in the end. And it will also help me playing complete strangers rather then the same 10-15 guys each week !!!
