Any score yet?

Duel breaks and makes nothing. The balls are open except the 5/6/cueball are frozen together near the bottom right corner. Shane plays safe and hides the one uptable, bringing the cueball down under the 5/6. Corey makes the one going rail first and has a thin cut on the two which rests on the upper side rail. He thins it in and goes twice across, bumping the 7 and coming to rest near the top rail. The three is practically hanging in the top right corner with the four near the spot. He plays the three in the corner and comes one rail for position for the 4 -9 combo. After making the 9 the four comes down table to rest near the 5/6 cluster. Corey tries to play safe and slide under or against the 5/6 but hits it poor. The four comes off the bottom rail and lightly bumps the 10 and partially hides. Shane tries to cut the four and misses, going two rails into the side pocket and scratches. Corey takes BIH and studies where to get for the four six combo. He makes a great combo softly and gets position to shoot the five in the bottom left corner. Corey runs out.

Sorry i screwed up on the score somewhere. Soemthing might have happened when I stepped away to say goodnight to my wife.

Corey breaks and makes a ball and gets a good shot on the 1. The balls are WIDE open and three of them are sitting in front of pockets. He still has to come back and forth up and down the table for the rotation but it looks easy.

Corey runs out.
Corey tightens it up and is making this interesting.

Corey 27- Shane 30

Corey racks em up carefully and executes a medium speed break. The second ball again goes in the side but this time the cueball gets kissed uptable. CD has no shot or maybe a thin cut combo on the one which has come to rest on the bottom rail. Corey pushes forward a few inches and Shane give the shot back to him. Corey kicks to the right side rail at the one and the one goes two rails into the right side pocket. He makes the 2 but leaves himself hooked on the three. He kicks the three and leaves Shane a short rail bank or a safety on the three. Shane plays safe, leaving CD an long rail easy kick shot. CD kicks long rail to the top rail and almost make the 7 ball in the bottom left corner. Shane tries to thin off the three and make the same ball, does in fact make it but follows the cueball into the corner and scratches. CD takes BIH and runs out.

Very impressed with CD's play. He has settled down alot but the rolls are also starting to go his way.

With that said...lol...Corey makes three balls on the break and scratches in the side. Looks like a Tom Cruise Runout from here. Balls hanging and lots of stop ball shots or natural position shots.

Shane runs out easily.

Shane breaks and makes the second ball in the side. That ball is the one that is always going in it seems. He also makes the 9 and the table layout is tough. The cueball/1/5/3/6 are on the bottom rail. Shane plays a triple combination on the six and gets position on the 1. The runout looks very good from here. Shane has to draw his cueball 6 feet to get position on the 7 in the side. Shane runs out.

Not sure i am going to make it to the end. Its 1:15 am here and im use to waking up at 6 every day.

Shane breaks and makes a ball again in the side. He plays safe on the 1 and hooks CD. CD might be able to go rail first but its very close. He does go rail first to the side rail, hits the one and the cueball rockets off the side rail, bottom rail and straight into the left side pocket.

Shane takes BIH and begins running out. He plays yet another shot where he cut a ball into the corner with top inside english to follow out three rails. These are difficult shots and Shane I do not believe has missed one yet despite the fact he seems to play position for that type of shot alot. He obviously likes that particular shot.

Shane runs out.

hang in there uwate ur doing an excellent job. has anybody who is having problems figured anything out yet???

Shane breaks makes a ball in the side and another in the corner. That second ball in the side is almost like a dead ball from where they are breaking from it seems.

Shane is left with a long shot on the two and misses it and the balls roll out with CD very safe. He is going to have a hard time with this kick as most avenues are closed off. Oh man great shot. He masses to the end rail and it kicks back and thins the 2 and the cueball goes to the bottom rail. shane has a thin look at the two and tries to cut bank it to the top rail and take the cue ball downtable. He leaves corey a look at the two and corey comes with a shot where he banks the 2 back down table and kills the cueball behind the 3. Shane kicks and gets safe. Corey looks to have a side rail-first kick with a chance to make the two. He executes an excellent shot and he makes the two and gets position on the three. The 7/10 are tied up above the left side pocket and the 4/8 are also clustered near the right side. He makes the 4 into the side . He tries to make the 5 and draw back into the 7/10 cluster but misses the 5 and leave Shane a shot. Shane again executes an inside english shot to get position and he runs out.

Shane breaks and again makes 2 balls. He has a shot on the one but position looks to be tough. He instead elects to play safe and locks Corey up underneath a ball just above the right bottom corner. Corey makes a WOW kick and makes the two and gets position. The audience could be heard going WOWOWOW on that kick. Corey has to use the bridge on the six, which fills my heart with confidence that he will make this shot and he does. He sure does play jamup with the crutch. Corey runs out.

uwate - rep coming for you!

Thank you for the updates.

Corey breaks and doesnt make a ball (!).

Shane can only see part of the one which is sitting above the bottom left corner side rail. He thins banks it to the center of the bottom rail and take the cueball three rails to the upper left corner. Corey has a look and try to hide the one. The one hits the side pocket point and rolls out safe. Shane kicks and leaves the one in front of the top right pocket. Corey has to load the ball up with inside to hold the shot up for position on the two but he executes the shot well. The five sits froze up on the rail just below the left side pocket. Corey tries to bump it out shooting the three but misses. He then has a straight in 4 and appears to take his eye off the ball and misses the shot. Shane makes the four but now is left with a very tough shot on the five. He cut banks the five cross side and goes up and down for a long straight in shot on the six. He makes the six and then plays a 7-9 combo. Another long straight in shot on the 8 which he executes, drawing back 3 ft for position on the 9. Shane runs out.

Thanks all for the rep. This is fun, I haven't typed so much in a while. :-)

Ok Shane line up with the cue just to the right of center and whacks em. 2 balls go in and the cueball jumps back and lands, ending up on the side right rail about one diamond above the corner. He has no shot on the one and plays safe leaving CD behind the 3. Corey grabs the rake and kicks one rail and hooks Shane with the 9 but Shane either has an easy long rail kick or he might actually be able to see thin paint on the 1 a bit. He can see the one and thins it into the corner. Balls are open and this looks like a runout.

Shane runs out easily.

Very impressive playing. Grady says Rock Solid and Billy agrees.

Shane is definitely breaking alot better than Corey. He breaks and makes 2 balls and has a thin cut on the one. He elects to play safe and plays the cueball behind a ball in front of the bottom right corner. Corey kicks long rail and misses the 1. Shane takes BIH and runsssss out. Never has a tough shot, nice smooth stroking. This kid plays so freaking good its amazing.
