I have a McDermott Stinger break/jump cue that needs a leather tip. I am to open suggestions. I was thinking of a using a Kamui Sai (hard) tip and don’t want to use a resin or phenolic tip despite the rave reviews on some brands. If anyone is using a particular brand leather break tip they’d buy again given the opportunity, I’d appreciate hearing what you chose for your break cue. I think I got my Stinger cue back in the late 80’s or early 90’s. It is in great condition and seems to get the job done so I never bothered to upgrade it to one of the newer style break cues. Thanks for taking time to read my thread and respond.
