Hell of a player!!! I use to see him play a lot in Endicott when i was a kid. Just curious of what happened to him.

Hell yes! I'm originally from Binghamton and knew Lee quite well. I think it was Dave Dykeman, who you should know if you knew Lee, who told me that years ago Lee was a really good player, as was his brother.
I've lived in South Carolina for the last twelve years and hadn't heard much of anything of Lee for a few years before I moved. He used to come to The Pocket Billiard Lounge in Binghamton quite a bit for the Saturday tournaments and just to play if there wasn't anybody around Triangle Billiards in Endicott.

Edit: Lee would quit playing from time to time and I just assumed I hadn't heard about him in a while because he was in one of those periods. He did it several times since I've known him.

He was a great nine ball player btu was much better at the BANKS. Guy was SWEET!!!!!

I know about his straight pool game but i do remember seeing his name in the BCA handbook in 98. He came in 2nd in the national bank pool tournament. 9 Balls and 5 banks ;)

Pretty sure I played that guy in Binghamton a hundy set, back in 2000? Name sounds awful familiar.

Jolly friendly guy that has glasses.. a snap brim hat... moustache and always has a backwoods cigar in the cormer of his mouth. Cant miss him

JJ,

I know Lee quite well. He's still alive and playing in the Binghamton area. Had corrective eye surgery a year ago. Not quite up to the Lee of old but still a really good player. Usually see him at SBE or playing on the CNY / Joss 9 Ball Tour. If you PM me with your name and phone number, I'll try to get it to him!
