Anybody excitied about Turning Stone Classic? It's in 2 days with free live stream.

Toastie messed up the 2 to the 3...overhit the 2...now the 3 was awkward and he hit

the 9....giving him a thin cut with outside english....no hanger when you're controlling

whitey also.....I'd like a dollar for every one I've missed....center ball or inside is easier.

You are correct, my point was how often do you see him miss a transition like he did from the 2 to the 3 in a case game. His 14.1 background has equipped him with amazing cue ball control. Me thinks this anomaly was pressure related. JB was applying heat.

That three ball...Efren would've soft stunned it to the side rail and stayed away from
the nine....that's Efren in his prime, of course.
Those subtle hits are the toughest under heat, so I feel Toastie avoided it...he got lucky
twice in that match running into a ball...but his luck ran out.

Harsh criticism I'm making here, but Homan is at that level where he is going to be
compared to the best you can do.... he's gone beyond 'good enough' thinking.

M'man Grenier likes it on the A-side....thinkin' of building a permanent home on site.
C'MON SYLVAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bonne chance et bon courage

Anyone know who G. Harada is? I watched a little bit of his match last night. I like his style/

I wouldn't call it harsh criticism. More an astute judgement of horseflesh. I'd give you a greenie for all your comments on this match but I have to spread it around first.

Karen Corr....the heart of a champion.
She just got knocked out of the tournament 9-5 by Johnny Archer....
....and she's still at the table working on her break.
...lotta losing competitors would already be at the bar having a beer and boring the
bartender with their problems.

My only criticism of her is the striped sweater with red shoulders....
....what the hell were you thinkin', Karen?

...and we now have video proof that Johnny Archer is rotten to the Corr....
;)

Yes. He plays out of Hard Times in Bellflower (near LA) most of the time. He actually used to play in the Westside 8 ball league and was by far the best player in our league- would win about 90% of his games.

He is only about 25 years old and therefore has time to develop his potential even more.

And for those who like pool stories...we can enjoy Danny Diliberto commentating.

He's already talked of how fast Lou Butera was....Lou made the 8 and 9.....
.....and the 7-ball hung!!!!!!!!!

What speed does D'Alfonso play? To beat Darren 9 to 5 has to be the upset of the year so far, unless this guy is a giant killer.
