Anybody recognize this maker?

Anybody recognize this makers mark? It's on a cue that I believe is a Titlist tribute with a linen wrap and a Hoppe ring. The veneers match the Titlist, but the points are dead even, so I doubt that it is an actual conversion, but I could be wrong. Sorry for the lousy pic, took it with a league players iPhone. Thanks for your help in advance.

Is it some kind of a mark with a P incorporated in it then 09? Try to get a pic with good lighting, maybe natural light.

I'll try to get a better pic when I see the cue again next week if no one recognizes it before then.
