Anybody tried a Twister tip?

I'm wondering what the tip is made of. It looks like rubber. If it is, no wonder it can spin balls :) I'd consider one to get permission to do masse shots at my poolhall, but somehow I don't think it'll convince the owner...
 
I have one, but haven't used it for a while. It does feel rubber-ish without too much give (not spongy), if that makes sense. It's a hard rubber. Puts a decent amount of spin on the ball. Plus it comes with a DVD featuring Loree Jon Jones!
 
Twister Tip

I was wondering the same thing myself. I haven't seen many reviews on it. Does anyone have one for sale? I'm looking for one that fits a 13-14mm tip.
