To hold customer's cues, butts, shafts. Wall mounts, floor free standing? I use these for a portable storage that I keep near the machine I am using. The white one is made from water/drain pipe and PVC glue to hold the cluster together, also glued to the PVC base. The Milk crate is obvious. I used a 1.5 inch thick slab of pine for the base, that fits inside the opening of the crate and is held with wood screws. Just cut pockets out for each shaft into that pine slab with a bottom cutting wood bit maybe an inch in diameter, I used a Forshner Bit,nothing fancy, but cheap to build. The trick is to find a milk crate with a bottom patern that suits our use the best.
I was going to make some racks to hang on my walls, and to hang to the front of wall cabinets as well. Then thought: why not ask for ideas. I know you guys have made some terrific racks ! Care to share?
