anyone commute from stockton to livermore

i lived in stockton until 91 and back then driving to livermore was a grind, I still have family in Tracy and when I go there it seems worse every time, its gonna be a long drive unless your working swing or something.

Yeah, it's a pretty rough commute these days. A lot of people now work in the Bay Area but choose to live in the Stockton/Modesto area in order to get a nicer home for the money.
in 88 I knew a guy who drove from south of Modesto north of turlock, I cant remember to the Safeway weahouse in the bayarea, I do remember the exact milage he awalys bragged about it 97.5 miles each way, 5 days a week, he was a customer in my shop, in tracy. He would come in every 2 weeks and streach out his legs from the long drive. We became good friends he was ok with the drive because he wanted a house and couldnt afford on in the B.A. I think it was Atwater to Richmond, but it was 97.5 now days it would probably take 4 hours, it took him about 2.5 hours 19 years ago. i'm not sure what this has to do with pool but its cool.

1 1/2 hours in the morning. hay i was thinking of ways to kill time in livermore until traffic dies down and i thought what do i like to do? pool. that's what i like to do so are there any poolhalls in livermore worth going to?
