Neil said:Johnny, sounds like you are best suited to learn to use the 'dart' method of jumping. I used to have a link, but can't find it. I don't remember if it was on you-tube, or another site. Maybe someone else has a link to the video showing jumping methods.

The dart method was sugested to me but I never realy embraced it.
Recently a top player gave me some help and my jumping game has taken off ,well I never realy had a jump game at all, so any sucsess jumping is great.
He had me raise my body up as high as I could get with a normal shooting stance and then rotate my torso without trying to just raise my shoulder.Doing this I was able to get up high enough to see the jump shot and still put a good stroke on the ball. This is pretty comfortable for me,I can get over an interfearing ball,if it's not to close and my acuracy is decent. Before trying this I used to get so sore from trying to raise my shoullder that after 1 or 2 tries I would be in to much pain to keep practicng jumping.

I go along with Earl...jump cus should banned. LMAO. JohnnytNeil said:Johnny, the 'trick' to it is that you have to make sure of just where you hit the cb. If you hit it too far up, you will trap it under the tip.
