anyone here use a mezz puj shaft?

i use one, it is a very nice hitting shaft, the usual great mezz quality. it definitely hits stiff, typical of a mezz. the taper is not unlike their other shafts. not sure how to describe it, i've heard it described as a parabolic taper.

Thanks man. would you call it stiffer than a 314?
 
yes, definitely stiffer than a 314.

it also hits a little harder, as the ferrule (aegis 2) is a harder material than the predator or even the mezz wd700 and hp2 ferrules. the shaft diameter is also a little bigger at 12.8mm than the wd700/hp2 which are 12.5mm.
