Anyone know the Make and model of these balls?

I'm trying to identify the make and model of the balls that came with my table. I've never seen these balls before with the black lines around the stripes

My only guess cause I can't find anywhere balls with black stripes around the colored bands. I have a set of Super Aramith Tournament on the way but wanted to know who makes these if I sell them

Not made by any major ball maker. I've seen sets like these on-line for 30-40bux. Never seen a phenolic ball set like them.
