anyone know what kinda cue this is?

looks like a titlest blank. only a white circle inlay on butt sleeve and a white butt cap. got a double brass joint with the screw coming out of the joint on the shaft.

The cue was made in the late 1960's or 1970's in Asia. The cue is not a Titlist Blank, the colors in the points are all wrong. However, I do like the color combination, but unforchanately the has no collectors value. They imported a very large number of these cues during the above time frame, and while this looks pretty good it is worth very little.
 
Manwon has it right. Taiwan import, 1970's. They were sold under a number of names. Similar models were actually called Brunswick. It's not worth very much, maybe $50.

thanks guys... the cue is my accountants. he asked me to change the ferrule and i was jus curious of what it was. thanks for the help.
