Global Express Guaranteed is a premium service used by US Postal Service when it comes to getting things to other countries very quick. The US Postal Service works in conjunction with Fedex with this service.
Going through Customs is a random thing....sometimes there can be delays there.
Do you have the tracking number? You can also go to your nearest Post Office and ask for the phone number to customs in your country. Hope this helps. :smile:

ive ask my post guy, he said he is sure its not in the post office, because its only 10 digits number. i check on usps.com its there, but when i check in fedex/local post office, there`s none.. ill go there tomorrow morning, i wish there`s nothing to be worried about :thumbup:
Goin through Customs appears to be a random thing. I've known people to send 20 packages over a few month period, all with the same contents. Maybe 1 of them will be delayed in Customs.

A word of warning; the more you ask you about the package while it is still in the hands of Customs, the longer you can expect to wait.
My cue went straight through but my Instroke case spent 2 or 3 weeks in their hands because I asked what the delay was after 5 days. My Kamui chalk also spent 3 weeks in SF waiting for clearance.
I currently have some Moori and Samsara tips, along with cleaning solution and cue sleeves stuck in the hands of the evil Empire. My answer is to go out to dinner with random women in the meantime. It passes the time.

i ordered parts from canada shipping to the usa first package took about 5 days the second took 2 weeks...ofcourse the hang up was customs.

You have to be patient, sometimes when the packet arrives to the customs in the afternoon there's no enought time to complete the clearance in the same day and if it arrives friday you will have to wait until monday. Since you are using a service (Global express guaranteed) that offer a detailed tracking info is possible that "clearance delay" means that your packet will remain at the customs this weekend and is highly probable that it will complete the customs clearance the next working day.
