Anyone order from www.caudron-billiardproducts.com?

I ordered two DVDs from caudron-billiardsproducts.com back on 11/30. The paypal payment worked great. But that is where it ended. No confirmation of the order from the site, no response to 2 emails for status so far. No response from Facebook message to Caudron on facebood either.

Anyone ever order from this site? I got a feeling I am just out $50.

I am frankly a bit surprised. Caudron seemed pretty professional over all. Had not expected this from a site bearing his name.

probably naive on my part.

A friend ordered his book and got it just fine. Sometimes it takes a few of weeks from Europe.

Keep the faith plus keep trying to get a responce.

Thanks. I'm giving him a bit more time. If the website just sent out a confirm or something I wouldn't question it. The only thing I got was from paypal.

I have wanted this Virtuoso DVD for over a year. Could not find it in the US so finally resorted to ordering from Europe. I was afraid of this type of situation. It rarely it trouble free.

I don't even know for sure that it is Caudrons website. I did some searches prior to order and didn't find anything either way. Not going to let the paypal period expire. I'll have to do something before then

Mr Caudron, is busy most of the time, his brother is taking care of his online order !,
He just get back from Hurgadha (Egypt ).


Give it sometime,2 to 3weeks !

Thanks much for the info. He responded to an email address I found on facebook and gave me another address to try. I will try that today.

I have the DVD set you mentioned from Kozoom. I bought from Kozoom when it was around 40 euro. With shipping it was over one hundred dollars, but it is totally worth it. I think the price dropped on the DVD and it is now 19 Euro. I promise you will really enjoy the DVD set when it arrives.

Only complaint was the English dialogue cut out half way thru the interview with Caudron.

Thanks. I have wanted a copy for over a year, so I am very excited about getting a hold of it. Bummer about the English cutting out, but I guess being able to see the patters is probably worthwhile.

Looking forward to at least knowing what I don't know :embarrassed2: Not knowing what I don't know is getting very frustrating. :D

I got an email from a fellow named Bert you handles the website. He says it is shipped on 12/6 so that is great news.

Olgoat; It's refreshing to find a person who is really looking to improve upon thier game, and honest about your frustrating situation. You do have options how to aquire the information you need at any level.

Thanks. I have bookmarked your site and will investigate. Mind me asking what name you used when writing for BD? Not too much 3C there now days

Received the DVDs today, safe and sound. I am much relieved and looking forward to watching them.

FYI they were shipped on 12/2 so it took about 15 days to get them to Chicago from where ever in Europe they are shipped.
