Monto,
i have played with one recently. Maybe 5-6 racks, In my opinion it plays very similar to the P-2. I dont think I would be able to tell them apart if I were blindfolded, and all things like tips, etc being equal. I did like the leather-lux wrap however. I currently have a p-2 with stacked leather and just dont like the smooth wrap. The p-3 does look good in person, much better than the photos on the website. I had originally thought it may be too much with all of the bling around the joint and buttcap, but it looked great.

Hello, I have had a P2 for a long time. I was the first one to get the new P3 from Nielsen's Billiards. I loved the P2 and now I love the P3. It has a slightly more solid feel to it than the P2 does. The LeatherLuxe+ is really nice for me because my hands sweat and it absorbs that without getting spongy. I like the Z2's and I am 6'3" so I got the 30" shaft. It works well for me. APA 7 & 8. Hope to make 9 within the next year.

BTW, it really looks good too.

I have been told by seyberts that the butt is slightly thicker than the p2.

Thanks for the replies.Looking for some more:thumbup:

Personally I like more P2 feeling ( especially leopard one ), my opinion is that it has a more forward balance point than the new P3.

I think they can not improve more than P2 or 5k, the new versions will be marketing stuff only, but I can't wait to see how the new P20 will play LOL:thumbup:

Predator P3

As a potential buyer, I'm interested in if anyone else has had a chance to review the Predator P3.

Of course, the most important thing to do before buying a cue is playing with it, but no one seems to own one where I live and the distributor doesn't have any in stock. The closest thing I've played with a P2 and I found it to be very appealing in terms of balance, feel, and weight.

For those of you just tuning in, here's another thread relating to the P3:

Looking forward to your replies, if any.
