Anything Going on in Missouri...??

I will be in Fenton, MO on business from 4/10 - 4/15...

I was wondering if there were any local tournaments or even regional events I might hit over that weekend...

Just maybe I might be convinced to play some cheap sets against a friendly opponent...

I know, I know - it's Easter weekend and either I am a moron for scheduling business that weekend or my company is a pack of heartless oppressors...

You decide...

At any rate, if I can scare something up I'll bring my cues...

Nothing going on.....if you are going to be in Fenton your best bet is to go to Ride The Rail on Telegraph in South county. You can google it....270 south to Telegraph East (right) about 1 mile on left.

Sam - Thanks for the offer, but I think Springfield might be a little far for me...

I will have basically nothing to do on Saturday and Sunday, though, so I'll think about it...

Opies sounds like a great place... How far is that from the Fenton area...??

Woof - Is Ride the Rail a reasonably nice place...??

My days of fighting my way out a place are long over... LOL

The last time I was in Fenton I went to a place (that was actually closed down) and was thinking there was no way I would have gone in there even if it had been open...

I have to say, for me anyway, Ride the Rail is my home poolroom.
Its the first poolroom I ever set foot in when I began. And now that I've travelled to over 40 different poolrooms, I still find myself wanting to come back to Ride the Rail.

Ride the Rail is a place that is open from 2pm-4am every night. It has 24 tables, 7 of them are 9foot, and all the rest are valley barboxes.

The thing I like is that on Sunday through Thursday you pay $10 and you can play from open to close.

Most patrons of this place are between 17-25, there is no alcohol.

Anyway, yes its a nice place, I recommend you go, and you will probably meet me there.
