APA logo on cue need help identifying

Hello, I recently acquired this Q and I cannot figure out who the manufacturer is. It has a 3/8 10 pin joint, kinda resembles a McDermott but not exactly sure. Thanks

Yes, you are probably right because it does resemble this one pretty closely, but the joint is different

Mali, Mcdermott or Viking. They all did similar back in the day. The longer pin seems like Viking to me. Looks great though.

Strange that the joint ring appears different than the butt rings.

It does look like a Mali though...

Cues get pins changed all the time, repaired, just swapped due to shafts, can often order them with other pins from the manufacturer. A slightly different design than another cue or catalog picture does not mean too much unless it's clearly faked and done poorly.

I have had both Malis with both pins and I prefer their 3/8x10. It looks all original to me.

Here is a thread with a big pin Mali and a catalog scan.
