APA Question?????

Now, usually I don't have any prob with my payments to APA. This session, one of my checks for $80 was lost. I had to foot the "stop payment" bill of $30. Ever since that happened my weekly match sheet says I owe $. Even though I sent enough money to cover the whole month in an additional check.

Is it usual for the League Operator to be that far behind on crediting the teams payments?

Is it also usual for the LO not to know what your talking about when you call or not have an answer if he received your check?

All I know is I can't keep putting a stop payment on my checks at $30 a pop.

What would you do???

Sorry for your troubles, but the LO should be able to give you the needed info.

My LO is very easy to work with, with the 4 largest league per capita he better be, and I don't know of any instances like this going in my area.

I would hand deliver the check or cash and get a receipt.

I would love to hand deliver the check. The only problem with that is the League Operator lives 46 miles from my area. That's an hour away.

I guess I'm stuck on that. But thanks anyway!!

lost check

This is not something to get all stressed over.

When the check clears, if it ever does, you will have proof that the LO received it.

Just write another check so that you are caught up and when the first check clears, if it ever does, just send proof to the LO and get a credit on your account. If it never clears, then it doesn't matter.

Your LO should have a better accounting system if the $$ info is not up to date within a week.
