APA/TAP Gambling?

The bigger question.... Does anybody in TAP or APA actually gamble?
I did a small stint with TAP, but that's not really my thing. I don't know if it's against the rules. I've tried to gamble on just about every match I've been involved in - might have had 3 people bite.
If it is against the rules I want someone to find out if all of your previous matches get forfeited - so I can get that money back

Can't say about TAP, but the APA does not allow gambling on any APA matches. You can be disqualified and forfeit any/all winnings if you are caught gambling....
However, I have never seen this happen, but have seen gambling on matches and singles tourneys.

Some LO's are more flexible. There's a player out here who regularly offers to gamble during the APA MVP tournaments for $20 a set. It's not much but it still makes it interesting.
I play APA nine ball races with a buddy of mine for 20 a set all the time. I find it really is a pretty fair matchup and comes down to a ball or two most sets. Really takes the 9 on the break and cheesing of the 9 away from the game, but evens it out for me.
Both leagues are very clear that gambling is not allowed.
Also, you should not exceed posted speed limits while behind the wheel, but nobody does that either.

For me, the competition of league is thrill, but some like to add some spice to the games. You pretty much know who the guys who like to match up for money are.
