Apoxy vs glue

Been performing cue repair fort five years. Tips, tapers by hand, ferrules including 314's. I believe I've a solid method of gluing phenolic and poly carbon tips with just glue from Atlas. Would two part apoxy be better and if so what is the best one. Thank you for the insight.

I've had a bullet proof tip pop off after six months. If epoxy is better I would rather use that. Longevity is key.

I use gorilla glue gel and haven’t had a problem so far.
