So how well did the tournament do? Was there a good live gate? Did they get over 1000 PPV's? Johnnyt

Im curious about this as well. Listening to Darren's commentary during Turning Stone he was really excited about it and had a bunch of good ideas for the future of the 'series'. I hope it was very successful for him.

I bought the last day to see what it was about. The stream quality was good, and the commentators meshed well together.

I think I prefer 9/10 ball though. There were so many slow roll shots. To me, it's satisfying hearing the thump in the pocket when the players hit the balls:)

It was fun to watch, though.

The stream was excellent yesterday. Watched it from the start at around 10:30 I think until the end of the second match at around 6:30 and there wasn't one single fart in the stream. Watched the second half of the finals and it was the same quality. Was perfect, and the commentators weren't non stop NYers coming in and BSing nonstop like they are sitting on the rail or at a coffee shop. Varner, Daz, and Melling were all very good.

Glad to see there are more "big money" tourneys for pros to participate in.

Wish a few more of the big names entered(shane, bergman, sky, and the chinese/taiwan players).

How many entries did they get for the Cheqio Challenge? Who won it?

Also a pay to watch a day and night session would've been nice.

They definitely need a split session PPV but I don't see it happening.

Darren had said that because of the Chinese event that SVB & Corey went to that instead and also that there was a family/medical emergency back in Taiwan so that is the reason a couple of those guys bowed out.
