Appropriate value Frank Paradise custom??

Found in the Az sale board, can anyone place an approximate value on the Paradise Custom?

Which one of the two cues on the right is the Paradise? One shaft or Two? Do the ferrules screw off on either or both shafts? It is hard to throw a price out there without seeing the cue and knowing the answers to the above questions.
