Believe he is looking for tournament flyer templates vs brackets. Don't know that I've ever seen such a thing as template for a flyer. Should be pretty easy to construct.

If you have Word, or pretty much any kind of graphics software (lots of free ones), there are plenty of free templates. Here's a site with a few: http://www.freepostertemplates.net/
