I went for the first time last year when I was 20 and was still pretty green at playing tournament style pool. I played in the open and went to the 3rd round and lost to a great player.

Not a huge fan of bar tables but I do like playing 9 ball on them. Hope to go even further in the open this time around. Hopefully for the pro event they won't have those STUPID metal bleachers that constantly squeak when you get up from them.

Same weekend as the NCAA final four, which I'm hopeful of attending in Phoenix. If I can't manage the final four trip, I'll definitely go to SBE.
