I have a homemade ball cleaner with a buffer and a 5 gallon pail. When I run the balls through with the Arimith cleaner they shine like new. I have never used the polish. What's the advantage of the polish?

I assume the ideal is like waxing your car, the dirt and rain don't stick

Only need the polish on REALLY dirty balls. Once balls are clean you really never need the polish. It has a slightly more abrasiveness to it.

What kind of bonnet is on the buffer? Micro-fiber works the best. Once they're clean you can usually just run them with nothing and they'll come out clean. Use the cleaner SPARINGLY. Doesn't take much. Maybe a tiny drop on the 12-3-6-9 position balls.

Do you mean "restorer"? I don't think Aramith makes a product that they call "polish". Here's what I found:

You should only use the restorer -- which is more abrasive -- when the cleaner doesn't work.

Thanks for the info. I thought the other was a polish/wax type product. I don't need any restorer.
