Hi guys no one mention Playing with the Measles Balls for a Cue Ball, and I was wondering how you all like dealing with the Spots. From a Specators Point of View it was VERY COOL to watch.... :D

I've got 1 in the pouch of my case and I break it out every time I play. I love it.
Especially when I hit a force follow bank into the side and the cue ball hits the rail like 3 times and then freezes to it. I'm no champion but when I hit it perfect the other players around the table go whoa and I hear something like your making measles dizzy.

I hate that dern cueball...just flat out not used to it yet. Also, is it heavier or does it just seem to roll forever for me?
Didn't help I was playing on brand new blue cloth as well.
Just gonna take some adjustment is all...may have to get me one soon to practice.

It is heavier than the red circle by 2/10 of an ounce. The balls at Main ST were not the set that the ball comes with and were smaller than the cue ball. Didn't like that much.

I bought me a Measles Ball today, and can not wait to try it out. Think it will give me some NEEDED FEEDBACK.... :p

I could use the CB as an excuse for my play, but in all honesty I thought the CB was fine. It was the first time I have played with one...I don't think I was ready for it.

It seemed to make the rack feel heavy when breaking...(if that makes sense)

My lack of experience with it cost me in my first match....It did have an effect on my muscle memory for short draw. The ball either stopped dead or drew back way to far.

My opponent had graciously left me full table shot down that rail that I needed to barely draw back for shape....The ball did not draw at all like I expected and I hooked myself...that was a recurring theme in my first match.

What everyone seemed to talk about was that the ball was slightly bigger than the red and blue circle....I am not sure if it is, or if its just an illusion from the spots...

Overall, once I got used to it, I kind of liked it...The spots did not bother me. Actually with my eyes it made it easier for me to pick specific spots on the CB.

Measle Cue Ball.. How do you like it?

I love it! It has improved my banking skills by at least two clicks and my nine ball game at least two clicks also. I see why the pros love it. When I hit the cross side triple reverse and bank three rails into the side from a dead straight on position into the side hole with the object ball, it goes in like a cruise missle and the spin on whitey is dazzling to watch. The same shot only two rules is a little tougher but equally dazzling to watch the measle ball spin afterward. One would not believe the RPM rate of the cueball?

Mine, and everybody else's, is bigger than the house cue balls as well as the rest of the rack.

New balls are bigger because old balls have been compressed or worn a bit due to use.

My Pro Cup CB is the same size as my set of Super Arimith Pros. Both are pretty new but they were purchased seperately.
