Well from the many drills that I received I have come up with the all around 35 minute workout. Now what I need is a group of people that would like to try the workout for 30 days and see if your numbers improve. There is a drill at the end that will gauge your progress.

Let me know of what you think about the workout and whether or not it improves your game...

Anyway you could take screenshots of the wie table and make a website... and i could host it for free, i think it is i need to download adobe reader, i will take a look im looking for anything to improve my game :)

That looks to me like a very good short workout. If a person committed to doing that every day, I know they would see a very noticeable improvement. I'm talking fairly quickly too. Two to three months and they'd be very happy they made the commitment. I wish I had that commitment. I might have the time to do that 3 maybe 4 times a week, maybe.
 
Thanks for the workout routine! I agree with Muxy, this needs a permanant home on a website. I hope Muxy can do it! :cool:

i have email mux@rogers.com take screen shots of the wie table i will host them and everthing, my computer wont install acrobat reader to read them, i will try but i would glady host them. get in touch Johnny. I will get a older version and take the pic's or however this is done and post tomarrow after school. :) :cool:
