Anyone try one of these...
?

I've seen a few show up recently on Amazon/Facebook/EBay, named differently but they all seem to be the same machine. I'm wondering if they're any good. Appear to be Chinese.

I've got one, haven't used it that much, but works good so far. I knew someone who was getting them in bulk a couple years ago and took the plunge. Ended up being nearly half the cost of a new Diamond one for me, so I'm happy with it.

Here's another video with considerably more information:

I see that on ebay right now (September, 2022) they're under $400 including shipping.

The Diamond version may be overbuilt since they are in the business of making things out of wood.

I bought a Diamond 4 or 5 years ago, I have never regretted that purchase. If I needed a 2nd one for some reason I would buy the Diamond again.

Interesting. That 7 spins exactly the same way, the whole time, with rotation on only one axis. I wouldn't think that would clean evenly.

Remember….It’s been said and proven true countless times.

You get what you pay for and there’s a darn good reason why.

I bought one and have only used it a couple of times thus far. The first thing I also noticed is that the balls spun only on one axis yet they seem to come out clean but I don't think the design is optimal I really wonder if one plane is getting way more cleaning action than the rest of the ball. It was supposed to come with cleaner fluid but due to shipping from china it didn't so I am using brillianize in it. I was bummed the fluid didn't come as it was advertised to have it included. The seller told me just "get something from the store" after the promotion said their fluid was the best thing since sliced bread. It spins way faster than I expected. I like that it's small and sits on my counter. It makes a high pitched squeel that hurts your ears if you are close to it but you can't hear it if you step away a bit. Does it clean better than my bucket machine with two buffers? Not really to be honest. $300 I paid shipped from China direct. I wanted to buy a diamond but there was no availability. I fully expect this to break down sooner than later.

I haven't heard the squeel that you're talking about.

I have this one, wax on for a minute.....then 20 second slow down......wax off for another minute the opposite direction.

It's a weird noise that just kind of gets in my ears if I stand over the thing once I start it. It's actually ear piercing and it's way loud the first cycle and barely noticeable when it reverses. If I back up a couple of steps it mostly goes away. It's coming out of the air vents on the sides.

+1 for the diamond. I think mine may outlive me. Built like a damn tank and very good overall rotation of the balls.

His die after less then year. Motor burnt out.

You don’t get quality for 🥜.

You don’t need machine, container of ball polish, and two soft rags work.

Plus you can see spot needing special attention.

Cheap ball polisher is just that cheap, will not last long.

Would cost more to send back toChina to take advantage of BS warranty then the price of machine.
